Due to many of the parts that we supply being made “custom”, “to order”, or “by hand” (in other words, we build what you want), we have to make the following policies binding and feel it is important that you know them before you place your order.

Because many of these parts are unique it may take up to 90 or more days to fabricate/build depending on the size of the order, our workload, and availability of supplies used in the manufacturing process.

1. All shipping charges (national and international) are calculated and applied at time of shipping due to the uniqueness of each part

2. All cancellations or returns will be subject to a 30% return/restocking fee

3. Any returned parts must be returned within 24 hours of receipt with insurance and a tracking number

4. Any returned parts and/or hardware must be returned in excellent condition

5. All payments must be made by check, money order, or through PayPal. Additional fees apply (3.5% US and Canada) (5.7% all other international orders)for PayPal transactions, and will be calculated and billed with shipping charges.
